Since our products are customized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except if:
The product is damaged on arrival
There is a manufacturing defect or customization error on our side
In such cases:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order
Share clear photos/videos as proof
We will arrange a replacement or offer store credit (No cash refunds)
Note:
Slight color variations due to lighting or screen display are not considered defects
Once you approve a design, cancellation is not possible
